Fancy Joy has been a storyteller, poet, and photographer since her childhood in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Her debut book, Life Changes, blends poems and original photographs that capture her emotions and reflections on life, loss, love, and the unexpected turns that shape us.

Her writing is inspired by personal journeys—grief, rediscovering faith, and the joy of reconnecting with her soul mate after 35 years. Each poem holds a story, offering readers an intimate glimpse into the moments that have shaped her.

When she’s not writing, Fancy enjoys fishing, crabbing, and sailing with her husband Randy on their Grady-White in the Indian River Bay in Delaware. She also loves the simple joys of coffee, laughter, and experimenting in the kitchen with her “Fancy Husband.”

Through her poetry, Fancy hopes to comfort, inspire, and remind others that even after the hardest losses, love and joy can bloom again.
